MUSHIN-DO is the art of the late SOKE FRANCIS RAMASAMY (KAISO).
KAISO WAS A FINE EXPONENT OF MANY DIFFERENT MARTIAL ARTS, INCLUDING YOSHINKAN AIKIDO, JUDO, MUY THAI AND KENDO, TO NAME BUT A FEW.
He was a high ranking Dan grade (7th Dan) in the International Yoshinkan Aikido Federation and was taught by Shioda Gozo Soke, the founder of Yoshinkan. Kaiso's full life story will appear here soon with kind permission of his son and inheritor of Mushin-Do, Kancho Franky Nithya.
MUSHIN-DO was a more spiritual aiki type path and Kaiso related to it by explaining that to reach the state of mushin, you should be able to react to situational demands without cerebration. In other words, your movements should be part of you without the need to physically think about them first.
It is an art of Love and in the words of Franky Kancho, LIVE WITH LOVE.
